The status of courses indicated above is not shown in real-time and courses may become closed before they are posted as closed on the website. 

Once you send us your completed registration form we will process your registration and enroll you in the appropriate course.  In the event that we receive your registration for a course that has already closed, we will promptly call and inform you of your options.  You may for instance be given the option of registering for the same course at a different day/time or be given a full refund. 

Unfortunately we are not able to call every student to confirm their registration immediately upon receipt.  We will however call you one week prior to the start of a course as a reminder.  If you feel more comfortable, you are certainly welcome to call us at 732-919-1816 to confirm your registration.  Otherwise you can also use your canceled check as confirmation that we have accepted your registration and payment.

Additionally, Dental Assistant Services reserves the right to cancel any of the courses offered based upon enrollment and/or for any other reason.  If a course is canceled or otherwise rescheduled by Dental Assistant Services for a different date and/or time, you will be contacted and given the opportunity to either enroll in the same course on the new date and/or time (if applicable), or to receive a full refund.  

If you register for a course and need to withdraw prior to the start date, please inform us as soon as possible so that we can offer your seat to another student.  Registration for all program courses requires a non-refundable deposit of $100.  If you pay in full prior to the start of class you will be refunded the full cost of the course minus the initial deposit.  If you need to withdraw from a course after it has already begun, please speak directly to our office manager, Emil Villanueva.  He can be reached by phone at 732-919-1816.

Note regarding home study courses:

All home study courses are available year round and can be purchased at any time.  We usually mail home study courses within about a week of purchase.  However if you're in a rush, many of the home study courses can be purchased and picked up on the same day at our office (pending availability - please call in advance of purchasing). 

You will receive a certificate of completion after finishing a home study course and mailing in a completed and passing exam.  The exams are brief and not designed to be difficult.  For more information about and a complete list of home study and live continuing dental education courses please click here.
